If you book through email, all you'll need to provide is your name and a contact number so he can reach you
(And a specific call-back time if applicable.)
All you have to mention is "B-Bob's rate" and everything should go smoothly. By using that code you will get a $50 per night rate.
The Code is good for the first 30 Rooms. After that the default rate would apply to any additional stays.
